Our Managing Director, Robert Pritchard, serves as a member of the external faculty of
the Centre for Energy Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP)
of the University of Dundee, Scotland.
We have also worked with CEPMLP on consultancy assignments. CEPMLP carries
out major consultancy projects for clients including the Asian Development
Bank and World Bank, typically in consortia with other consultancy
and law firms.
CEPMLP is involved in consulting on law reform, petroleum
and mining law and economics, privatisation, restructuring and appraisal
of model contracts, post-privatisation issues, electricity and pipeline
regulation, transit and contract negotiations.
CEPMLP's country clients include Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Kyrgystan,
Georgia, Azerbaijan, all Eastern European countries, Nigeria, Saudi
Arabia, Abu Dhabi, Vietnam, China, Cote d'Ivoire, Algeria, Colombia,
Venezuela, Honduras and Guatemala.
